SKILLED NURSES
- Registered nurses (RNs) provide individualized care and supervise and manage medically prescribed treatment.>
- Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), working under a physician’s order and RN supervision, administer medication and treatment, assisting the patient in returning to independent activities of daily living.
HOME HEALTH AIDES
Provide personal care and/or assist with light housekeeping.
PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, SPEECH THERAPISTS
Assist patients in improving their abilities to perform daily activities. Our specialized team also supports family members in properly caring for the patient by coordinating with available community resources when necessary.
MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKERS
Available for counseling on financial needs, emotional support, adjustment to illness, and for linking patients and their families to community resources.
